Benton T. SummersBenton T. Summers has been actively involved in the insurance and securities industry for over 30 years, including more than 25 years in field and corporate sales management. In addition to his current position with ILG, Benton is also the Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing with Investors Life, where he previously held the positions of Regional Manager and Vice President of Sales & Marketing.

Prior experience includes being:

  • President/CEO of an IMO focused on direct-response marketing through major publications and national credit providers;
  • managing partner of a Dallas-based financial planning firm for high net-worth clientele;
  • Director of Manpower Development and Regional Vice President with State Life of Indiana;
  • Regional Director with Zurich-American Life; and
  • various management positions with MetLife in Texas

Benton holds the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and Fellow, Life Underwriter Training Council (LUTCF) designations.

He and his wife, Lynda, reside in Round Rock, TX, and have two married daughters and three grandchildren.

Harry Symons

Harry SymonsHarry Symons first joined our organization in 1994 and has been involved in the insurance industry for more than 25 years. Having held many positions in sales, marketing and sales management, including Regional Vice President of a direct-mail marketing program and State Director of Tennessee, Harry brings a unique perspective to fulfilling the needs of ILG sales agents.

A prolific recruiter and trouble shooter, Harry’s responsibility as Director of Marketing is focused on new-agent recruiting, coordinating sales initiatives and acting as liaison with many of the ILG affiliated companies.

Harry and his wife, Ethelene, live in Austin, TX.

Bud Brooks

Bud BrooksBud Brooks is a 37-year veteran of the life insurance industry, including over 15 years of field management experience with our organization. Prior to his current appointment, he held the positions of Regional Vice President and Divisional Manager. As Director of Sales, Bud is responsible for developing new sales distribution opportunities and coordinating the overall sales growth of ILG Sales Corporation.

Bud has tremendous knowledge and hands-on experience in recruiting, training and sales administration and has been instrumental in the development of multi-million dollar sales organizations.

He is a Fellow of the Life Underwriter Training Council (LUTCF) and lives in an Austin, TX, suburb with his wife, Linda. Bud is the proud father of five and grandfather of nine.

Susie Gallaher

Susie Gallaher oversees all aspects of agent licensing and contracting with the ILG affiliated companies. Susie is also heavily involved in the ongoing training and development of our Sales Support personnel who serve as our “front line” with the ILG field sales agents.

Susie brings more than 16 years of administrative supervisory experience to ILG which includes extensive knowledge of state licensing regulations, compliance matters, field compensation and claims.

A resident of Jonestown, TX, Susie and her husband, Curtis, are the proud parents of two children.

Shelley Brooks
Sales Administration

Shelley Brooks is responsible for coordinating and maintaining our sales database with each of the affiliated companies as well as tracking production for the various incentive programs offered by ILG. She also has tremendous knowledge and experience in agent recruiting and agent relations and is actively engaged in day-to-day conversations with both existing and prospective agents.

Shelley began her insurance career in 1994 as a claims specialist and quickly transitioned to marketing as an annuity sales administrative assistant. In 2002, Shelley became a sales coordinator in the life insurance area.

Shelley and her husband, Bobby welcomed their daughter, Sienna, in 2006.

Flo Tritz
Director of New Business

Flo Tritz manages all new business functions of ILG Sales Corporation. This includes both pre- and post-underwriting functions, such as the processing and submission of new applications, tracking and ordering requirements, and ensuring that ILG does all that it can to expedite policy issue and commission payment to the agent. Flo and her new business team bring 30 years of combined experience to this process and excel at relieving this burden from the agent.

Flo has extensive experience in new product implementation, system enhancements and streamlining the new business process. She is very knowledgeable in ILG products and strives to assist the agent in utilizing the proper product in each sales situation.

Flo and her husband, Pete, reside in Pflugerville, TX, and have two daughters, two granddaughters and another on the way!

Shannon Coffin
Director of Marketing Communications

Shannon Coffin is responsible for planning, creating, implementing and maintaining all forms of ILG’s communication channels, including print, websites and other media that assist ILG’s employees, customers and agents.

Shannon began working for the company as forms manager in January 1998 before moving to the sales and marketing department in 2000.

Ana Morris

Ana Morris entered the insurance business in 2000 and has been involved in sales and marketing since 2006. Ana’s specialty is agent licensing and contracting, but she expertly assists agents with products, supplies, the ILG website, LeadSourcePro+ and other sales-support matters.

Yvonne Perez
Sales Support Specialist & Agent Relationship Manager

Yvonne Perez has specialized in agent licensing and contracting since 1999. She also assists ILG agents with sales-related matters such as LeadSourcePro+, products, forms and supplies, and the ILG website.

Yvonne has specialized training in ensuring that ILG agents are in compliance with various state-mandated resident and non-resident licensing issues and works as liaison with our agents and affiliated companies to correct matters requiring attention.

Yvonne lives in Lockhart, TX, with her husband and two daughters.

Rosa Martinez
Sales Support Specialist & Agent Relationship Manager

Rosa Martinez has a specialized focus on the new business processing function. Since 1992, Rosa has handled the review of new business applications and underwriting requirements and assists agents with expediting issue of their pending cases.

Rosa capably assists ILG agents with all back-office support matters, such as supplies, product information, the ILG website, LeadSourcePro+ and commission matters.
